Our dry storage facility is situated on Bayou Chico, within the Bahia Mar Marina location. Boasting competitive rates and phenomenal customer service, this facility provides you and your family with the ultimate boating experience. Picture this: you pull up to the marina, and your boat is already waiting for you—in the water, a full cooler and fuel-tank, and keys in the ignition. No launch ramps, no trailers… just a quick call-ahead to our corporate office and all you have to do when you arrive is climb aboard!
Then, after a long day on the water, let us make it easy for you! We wash the lower exterior of your vessel, flush the motors, and put it safely back in the hangar until your next boating adventure. Enjoy your favorite cocktails at The Oar House Restaurant while we do all the work! Doesn’t get much easier than that…

Monday through Sunday 7am - 6pm
Open most holidays; but please call to confirm. We ask that you provide two hours advance notice before arriving to board your vessel.

We offer indoor slips in the hangar, as well as outside upland storage for boats that are too tall for our indoor racks.
Your monthly rate includes unlimited lifts in and out of the water, plus unlimited use of our work racks for detailing and minor installs/repairs. Fueling, fresh water fills, and ice/beverages provided upon request. We also provide a full engine flush and wash down of the lower exterior of your vessel upon your return from a day of boating.
Other amenities include 89-Octane non-Ethanol fuel and diesel with ValveTect, plus pump-out services.
Fish cleaning station, restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and a full-service restaurant on-site.
