Paradise is found in our fully furnished floating accommodations by Pensacola Bay! Embrace the relaxing atmosphere of the Gulf Coast in the most fun, really cool lodging you will ever experience. Enjoy peaceful mornings, beautiful sunsets and what nature has to offer...all from your comfortable front deck. Located in thriving downtown Pensacola, the houseboats are within easy walking distance to great restaurants, nightlife, shopping, museums, sporting events and just a short drive (or boat ride) from area beaches.
The houseboats feature a full kitchen, bathroom, dining area and free wi-fi. Personal watercraft dockage, on-site laundry facilities, a common grill deck and a fish-cleaning station are also available. Please note that we require a 2-night minimum stay for all bookings. Pets are not allowed.

Great stay!
The houseboat was even better than we had hoped, in fact we were going to move into a top-of-the-line hotel on the beach to conclude our vacation, but we cancelled the reservations and chose to stay at the marina. The location is awesome, communications with the host was exemplary and it is so peaceful and zen. We will absolutely stay here again!

Too many amazing things to say about this host and property!
Cleanliness, location, quality, host communication, and overall value- would give 10 stars if I could! This place was a dream and the host went above and beyond to insure we had an incredible time. This stay is worth every penny and some! Thank you for everything Jo Dee!

Making beautiful memories
Our stay was perfect! It was a special weekend for us. We celebrated daughter’s boyfriend birthday, that night after the baseball game he proposed, and daughter graduated with her masters from UWF! Everyone had a great time.

Perfect unique rental
We could not have been more impressed. Owner was responsive when booking, the rental was better than described. Nice small marina in a very walkable area. Rental was super clean and well appointed. An attendant stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. Waking up and having coffee on the deck while watching the fish and sunrise was so relaxing. Would give this more stars if possible.

Awesome!
Almost don't want to give a 5 star review because I don't want other people to know about this amazing hidden gem! We loved everything about it! Location-walkable to great food, comfortable-beds, couches, temperature. Super clean! Uniqueness-100%. This place made our stay so much more fun and we will definitely be back!

Great change of scenery
The boathouse was a great change up from our usual beach trip. The nearby downtown was an easy walk and the marina provided a great backdrop.

Excellent work-cation
We chose this as our temporary home as we had several days of work in Pensacola. The photos do not do this justice. Awesomely appointed, clean, and comfortable. Beats a hotel. Will stay again.
