Marina Management is open year-round except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day; the office is also closed on other holidays. Our hours vary with the season and are posted on our web site. Some services may be limited in the winter season. We recommend you call ahead to verify our hours of operation.
Do you stock groceries in your ships store?
Palafox Pier has ice available at the fuel dock.
Do you sell new or used boats?
Do you offer gas or diesel?
We offer non-Ethanol mid-grade gasoline and diesel treated with ValveTect at Palafox Pier & Yacht Harbour Marina.
Do you have a restaurant on site?
Our restaurant, The Oar House, is on the water overlooking Bayou Chico. It is a short drive from our marinas and is located at 1000 S. Pace Blvd. Downtown Pensacola restaurants, bars and more are within easy walking distance from our marinas.
How close are you to the Gulf of Mexico?
All facilites are located approximately seven miles to the Pensacola Pass, the gateway to the Gulf.
Do you have on-site pumpouts?
Yes. Palafox Pier offers pump out services at the fuel docks. There is no charge for customers on a current lease agreement with Marina Management. Third party customers only pay $5.00
Can I have packages or mail delivered to the marina?

Is the marina pet friendly?
Yes; pet owners, and their guests, must clean up after their pet(s) or risk eviction from the marina.
Do you allow live aboards?
No. We do not allow full time live aboards. Per our annual lease agreement, tenants can stay up to 21 consecutive days and no more than 45 days in a 90 day period.
